It might be lollipop day, but I never liked them, so why do they get a day. I was also short and sweet on this one, no imagination anywhere. How am I supposed to write a blog about a lollipop and I always did hate that song.
Me too and lollipops were never my thing, either. We called them “suckers”.
Unless I’m mistaken, that thinly veiled ode to fellatio was the first reggae beat song to make the American pop charts.
